How It Works — From First Contact to Your Transformation
Step 1 — Let’s Connect
Contact me and tell me which spaces you’d like to declutter and organize. We’ll talk about your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and the transformation you want to achieve.
Step 2 — Show Me Your Space
Send photos or videos of the areas you’d like organized so I can assess the space and volume of belongings. If an in-home assessment is necessary or preferred, we can arrange a paid consultation.
Step 3 — Receive Your Personalized Proposal & Service Agreement
I’ll prepare a personalized project proposal and service agreement explaining the agreed scope, services, project price, estimated timeline, and terms. Review both documents and ask any questions before moving forward.
Step 4 — Approve & Schedule Your Transformation
When you’re happy with the proposal and service agreement, reply “I agree” to accept. We’ll confirm the project dates and appointment. A 50% deposit is due immediately to secure your booking, and the remaining 50% is due three days before the project begins. Bookings made within three days of the start date require full payment upfront.
Step 5 — Let the Transformation Begin!
On your scheduled date, I’ll get to work decluttering, sorting, categorizing, and organizing your space with my signature 3-Step-Pretty-Mess-Reset. You can participate as much or as little as you prefer. My goal is to complete the agreed scope and leave you with a beautiful, practical space that is easier to maintain.
Important: Organizing products and storage solutions are priced separately unless included in your proposal. Additional rooms, hidden storage, materially greater volume, or significant changes to the agreed project scope will be discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.
